由Tohoku大学生物化学工程系M.Suzuki教授和Sensebi医院K.Kanke院长领导的研究小组,研制出了一种血压模糊控制器。 这种新型的模糊控制器可对患者的血压进行自动调节,甚至可进行血压的细微调节。 可望将模糊控制器用于对患有高血压或脑血管疾病的病人的外科手术中。 该系统由人工智能计算机、血压计和输液泵组成。 将模糊逻辑编成程序,然后装入计算机,模糊理论取代了内科医生的主观判断,自动调节肌肉张力过高或过低的速度和流量以维持血压达到指定水平。
A blood pressure fuzzy controller was developed by a team led by Prof. M. Suzuki of the Department of Biochemical Engineering at Tohoku University and Dean K. Kanke of Sensebi Hospital. This new type of fuzzy controller can automatically adjust the patient’s blood pressure and even fine-tune the blood pressure. A fuzzy controller can be expected to be used in surgery for patients suffering from hypertension or cerebrovascular disease. The system consists of artificial intelligence computers, blood pressure monitors and infusion pumps. The fuzzy logic is programmed into a computer and the fuzzy theory replaces the subjective judgment of the physician, automatically adjusting the speed and flow of muscle hypertony or hypotony to maintain the blood pressure at a specified level.
