目的:研究复尔康胶囊对小鼠移植肿瘤的抑制作用和对多种肿瘤化疗药物的增效作用。方法:测定高、中、低剂量复尔康胶囊(500、250、125mg.kg-1)对小鼠移植肿瘤S180、H22、Lewis的抑瘤率;并将复尔康胶囊与不同作用机制的肿瘤化疗药物(丝裂霉素、氟尿嘧啶、顺铂、平阳霉素、羟喜树碱、阿霉素)合用,测定其对小鼠移植肿瘤S180、H22、Lewis的抑瘤率。结果:复尔康胶囊对3种小鼠移植肿瘤均有显著抑制作用(P<0.01),与肿瘤化疗药物合用对小鼠移植肿瘤S180、H22、Lewis的抑瘤率比单用肿瘤化疗药物效果更好(P<0.05)。结论:复尔康胶囊不但具有明显的抗肿瘤作用,而且对不同作用机制的肿瘤化疗药物具有显著的增效作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the inhibitory effect of fuerkang capsules on the transplanted tumor in mice and the synergistic effects on various tumor chemotherapeutics. Methods: The inhibitory rates of S100, H22 and Lewis on the mice transplanted tumor were determined by high, medium and low doses of Fuerkang capsule (500, 250, 125mg.kg-1). The effects of Fuerkang capsule with different mechanisms of action Tumor chemotherapeutic agents (mitomycin, fluorouracil, cisplatin, pingyangmycin, hydroxycamptothecin, doxorubicin) were combined to determine the tumor inhibitory rate of the tumor-bearing mice S180, H22 and Lewis. Results: Fuerkang Capsule had significant inhibitory effect on three kinds of mice transplanted tumors (P <0.01). Combined with tumor chemotherapy drugs, the inhibitory rate of S180, H22 and Lewis in mice transplanted tumor was higher than that of chemotherapy alone Better (P <0.05). Conclusion: Fuerkang capsules not only have obvious anti-tumor effect, but also have significant synergistic effect on tumor chemotherapy drugs with different mechanism of action.
