尊重教育是以尊重为前提,建构尊重教育氛围,以培养和发展学生的个性品质和全面素质为目标,是具有人文教育价值取向的教育。尊重学生,学会交流是对每个教师的最基本要求,也是素质教育的基本内涵。本文从“与学生交流”这一角度探讨教师如何实施尊重教育,旨在抛砖引玉,与同仁们探讨。
Respect for education is based on the premise of respect, and construction of respect for the atmosphere of education, in order to cultivate and develop the individual character and overall quality of students as the goal, is a humane education value orientation of education. Respect for students, learning to communicate is the most basic requirement for each teacher, but also the basic connotation of quality education. This article explores how teachers implement respect education from the perspective of “exchange with students ”, aiming to start a discussion with colleagues.
