党校的函授教育是否成功,就看其质量如何,而保证质量的根本问题是提高学员的学习积极性。怎样才能提高学员的积极性呢?通过几年的实践,我们认为,思想教育是关键,从严要求是根本,寓教于乐是途径。只有采取多种形式的措施和方法,才能收到事半功倍的良好效果。几年来,我们办函授始终把住一个“严”字,及时有效地解决好工作中的新情况、新问题,工作不断地取得新的成绩。
The success or failure of the correspondence education in party schools depends on the quality of the correspondence education. The fundamental issue of guaranteeing quality is to improve students’ enthusiasm in learning. How can we improve the enthusiasm of trainees? Through several years of practice, we think that ideological education is the key, strict demands are fundamental and edutainment is the way. Only by adopting various forms of measures and methods can we receive the good results with more with less. Over the past few years, we have always kept a letter to live a “strict” word, timely and effectively solve new situations and new problems in the work, work continuously to obtain new achievements.
