本文介绍了淬火球墨铸铁摩擦斜楔的技术标准,所研发斜楔的等温淬火工艺参数;俄罗斯的一些企业批量生产了若干斜楔试件。本文还介绍了一项新的发明,即快速水流对斜楔垂直表面进行整体—表面淬火的工艺。
This paper introduces the technical standard of quenching nodular cast iron friction wedge and isothermal quenching process parameters of wedge developed. Some Russian enterprises mass produce several wedge specimens. This article also introduces a new invention, namely the rapid flow of the wedge vertical surface of the overall - surface hardening process.
