目的对初期开展白内障超声乳化术100例(116眼)进行回顾性总结分析。方法观察白内障超声乳化术中、术后并发症的情况,探讨如何尽快掌握超声乳化技术。结果术中后囊破裂8眼,约占6.9%,晶体悬韧带部分离断3眼,约占2.6%;术后角膜病变32眼,约占27.6%,葡萄膜反应6眼,约占5.2%。结论初学白内障超声乳化术并发症较多,只要善于领悟和勤于实践,仍能掌握此项技术。
Objective To retrospectively analyze 100 cases (116 eyes) of cataract phacoemulsification. Methods Phacoemulsification cataract surgery, postoperative complications, to explore how to master the phacoemulsification technology as soon as possible. Results The posterior capsule ruptured in 8 eyes, accounting for about 6.9%. The suspensory ligament of the crystal was severed in 3 eyes (2.6%), postoperative corneal lesions (32 eyes), accounting for 27.6%, uveal reaction in 6 eyes (5.2% . Conclusions Beginning cataract phacoemulsification more complications, as long as good at comprehension and diligent in practice, still able to master this technology.
