膨润土广泛用于石油、航空、轻工冶金、机械制造等行业。在铸造生产中,膨润土是型(芯)砂和涂料的最基本的粘结材料。膨润土的性能直接关系着铸件的质量和铸件的成本。尤其是高压造型,对膨润土的性能提出了更高的要求。因此,发掘、鉴定、研究膨润土和选用优质膨润土,成为进一步发展我省湿型铸造生产和节约能源的关键问题之一。
Bentonite is widely used in petroleum, aviation, light industry metallurgy, machinery manufacturing and other industries. Bentonite is the most basic bonding material for foundry (sand) and coatings in foundry production. The properties of bentonite are directly related to the quality of castings and the cost of castings. Especially the high-pressure modeling, the performance of bentonite put forward higher requirements. Therefore, excavation, identification, study of bentonite and the selection of high quality bentonite has become one of the key issues to further develop wet-type casting production and save energy in our province.
