嘉兴市区1983年7月至1995年10月立案查处了779起违反《食品卫生法(试行)》的案件,现对其案由进行分析,以便找出食品卫生存在的主要问题,以期提高食品卫生的整体水平.1 发案行业779起案件中,饮食业419起,食品生产加工业207起,食品批发、零售业153起,分别占违法案件的53.79%、26.57%和19.64%.2 案件案由构成779起违法案件涉及926个违法案由,居前四位的是“食品生产经营过程不符合卫生要求案、“生产经营禁止生产经营食品案”、“食品从业人员未经健康体检案”、“无卫生许可证擅自生产经营食品案”,分别占案由的42.55%(349起)、21.27%(197起)、13.71%(12起)和12.96%(120起).2.1 饮食行业案由构成 饮食行业以“生产经营过程不符合卫生要求案”为主,占该行业违法案由的56.98%(294/516),其中“使用不消毒餐具案”141起,
In Jiaxing city from July 1983 to October 1995, 779 cases of violations of the “Food Hygiene Law (Trial)” were investigated and investigated.
