桃胶的主要成分为多糖,目前研究表明多糖具有广泛的生物学活性,其中免疫调节和降血糖都是较为重要的作用。通过小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶(70mg/kg)诱导糖尿病模型小鼠,随机分为模型对照组、阳性药物对照组(二甲双胍200mg/kg)、桃胶粗多糖低(400mg/kg)、高剂量组(800mg/kg)及空白对照组。灌胃(ig)给药15d,于给药后第5、15d测量血糖,并于实验末检测肠蠕动功能以及胸腺、脾脏指数。实验证明桃胶多糖具有降血糖作用,且呈现一定的量效关系,并能提高胸腺、脾脏指数和促进肠蠕动功能,从而得出桃胶多糖对糖尿病小鼠有免疫调节和降血糖的作用。
The main component of peach gum is polysaccharides.
