In order to meet the national economy’s demand for coal, it is imperative to invest more in the development and construction of coal from now on. It is a problem worth attention to how to exert the enthusiasm of each province in mine operation because of the long period of coal development and more investment. Now on the implementation of joint investment and management in Hubei and Henan provinces a little bit of view.
