瓮福磷精矿浆在68%~72%范围内,分别对其在40mm和50mm的管道中进行流体阻力试验,得到了流体阻力与平均流速的关系曲线和临界流速。试验结果表明,此矿浆的阻力特性与典型的非均质浆体相似;在较高流速下,随着流速增大,同一管径下不同浓度矿浆的流体阻力逐渐接近;在较低流速下,流体阻力随着矿浆浓度的增高而明显增大;其阻力系数明显低于同一雷诺数下清水的阻力系数
The fluid resistance test of Wengfu phosphate concentrate in the range of 68% -72% was carried out in 40mm and 50mm respectively. The relationship between the fluid resistance and the average flow rate and the critical flow rate were obtained. The experimental results show that the resistance characteristics of this slurry are similar to those of typical heterogeneous slurry. At higher flow rates, the fluid resistance of different concentrations of slurry under the same diameter gradually approaches with the increase of flow rate. At lower flow rates, The fluid resistance increases obviously with the increase of the pulp concentration. The resistance coefficient of the fluid is obviously lower than that of the fresh water under the same Reynolds number
