急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL）是急性粒细胞白血病（AML）的一个特殊类型，起病大多急骤，有发热、贫血及浸润症状，并以广泛而严重出血和病情凶险为其特点。我院血液科1973～1994年共收治的AML中按FAB分类符合APL者31例，现报道如下。1临床资料1．1性别与年龄：31例APL中男12例
Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) is a special type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), most of which are flashy, have fever, anemia and infiltration symptoms and are characterized by extensive and severe bleeding and dangerous conditions.
