宣传教育是水土保持的一项十分重要的工作,其在宣传水土保持政策、普及水土保持知识、树立水土保持理念、提高社会水土保持意识、营造水土保持健康发展的良好氛围等方面发挥着特殊的作用。建立长效机制是促进水土保持宣传教育科学发展的重要保障,从组织领导、队伍建设、工作机制、平台建设、资金保障、协作机制、激励机制等7个方面阐述了水土保持宣传教育长效机制的构建,并提出了加快机制落实的建议。
