本文对西安重型机械研究所设计制造的300毫米液压压下轧板机电液伺服系统进行了初步分析,并在西安交通大学 DMJ—3A 型电子模拟计算机上对系统的主要参数进行了选择运算。模拟试验结果证明,在合理选择组合的参数后,该系统可以达到比较优良的动态特性,其阶跃响应时间 t_P≈0.02秒,频率响应的频宽最大可达18赫,抗负载干扰特性亦较好,可在0.07秒内完全克服干扰影响,刚度可在0≤(?)_0≤∞之间调整,能完全补偿轧机压辊系及油缸的静态弹性变形,并可降低工作辊偏心影响至四分之一。
In this paper, the design and manufacture of 300mm hydraulic press rolling machine electro-hydraulic servo system designed and manufactured by Xi’an Heavy Machinery Research Institute was primarily analyzed. The main parameters of the system were selected and operated on DMJ-3A electronic simulation computer of Xi’an Jiaotong University. Simulation results show that the system can achieve relatively good dynamic characteristics after the reasonable combination of parameters is selected.
