通过抗原特异性T细胞的体外增殖,研究了43个家族成员对链球菌细胞壁抗原(SCW抗原)的免疫应答性。T细胞增殖需要单核细胞;针对HLA-DR分子结构的单克隆抗体能完全消除T细胞的增殖。
Through the in vitro proliferation of antigen-specific T cells, 43 family members were investigated for immune responsiveness to streptococcal cell wall antigen (SCW antigen). T cell proliferation requires monocytes; monoclonal antibodies directed against the HLA-DR molecule structure completely eliminate T cell proliferation.
