以杏花选煤厂为例 ,较深入地分析了矸石易泥化、粘土含量大、水质又很软的选煤厂生产工艺系统所存在的问题 .通过对确定煤泥浮选最佳粒度组成的研究 ,制定出了脱泥浮选生产工艺流程 ,全面地改善了浮选、过滤、澄清及洗煤生产环节的效果 .明确指出 :煤泥浮选应有一个最佳的粒度组成范围 ;浓缩浮选、直接浮选、半直接浮选不适用于细泥含量高的选煤厂 ;脱泥浮选工艺具有普遍推广应用价值 ,适合于各类选煤厂 ;耙式浓缩机是理想的原矿脱泥设备 .
