患者女,65岁,右腰痛、乏力伴间歇性血尿一年。体温、血压及脉搏均正常,临床以泌尿系感染治疗无效。在外院几次B超诊断为右肾积水。
Female patient, 65 years old, right lower back pain, fatigue with intermittent hematuria for one year. Body temperature, blood pressure and pulse are normal, clinical treatment of urinary tract infection is invalid. Several times in the outer hospital B-diagnosis of right hydronephrosis.
