目的:评价多排螺旋CT及其后处理技术在泌尿系病变诊断中的价值。方法:对121例泌尿系病变病例行多排螺旋CT检查,对扫描数据进行多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及三维(3D)重建等后处理,得到包括肾盏、肾盂、输尿管及膀胱的完整尿路影像。结果:肾盂输尿管重复畸形8例、巨输尿管4例、肾脏畸形4例、多囊肾5例、泌尿系结石41例、肾脏输尿管结核10例、肾癌26例、输尿管癌2例、膀胱癌21例。结论:多排螺旋CT轴位扫描及图像后处理技术相结合,可以为泌尿系病变的发现、定位及治疗方法、手术路径提供客观依据,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective: To evaluate the value of multislice spiral CT and its post-processing in the diagnosis of urological diseases. Methods: A total of 121 cases of urological diseases were examined by multi-slice spiral CT. The scan data were processed by multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), maximum density projection (MIP) and three-dimensional reconstruction. Ureter and bladder complete urography. Results: 8 cases of ureteropelvic deformity, 4 cases of giant ureter, 4 cases of kidney malformation, 5 cases of polycystic kidney disease, 41 cases of urolithiasis, 10 cases of renal ureteral tuberculosis, 26 cases of renal cancer, 2 cases of ureteral cancer, 21 cases of bladder cancer example. Conclusion: The combination of MSCT axial scan and image postprocessing can provide an objective basis for the detection, localization, treatment and surgical pathology of urological diseases and has high clinical value.
