On the morning of October 18, 2016, the 10th anniversary of the founding of the Western China Development Research Institute of Zhejiang University and the “Belt and Road” seminar were held in the Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University. Former deputy director of the Western Development Office under the State Council, Cao Yushu, director of the Western Academy, and Dai Guiying, former head of the talent and regulatory team under the Western Development Office of the State Council, promoted the “Leading Group Office for the Construction Belt and Road Construction” and the leader of “Maritime Silk Road” European Development and Reform Commission Western Development Division inspector Ou Xiaoli attended the meeting and said
