随着“抓大放小”经济体制改革的深入,工业小企业以其数量和所占经济比重已成为各区工业经济的主体,并形成集体经济、民营经济、外商投资经济三大类型。实践证明,这些小企业具有见效快、活力强、发展迅速等特点,是保证市场繁荣、经济稳步增长的基本力量。因此,发展区属小企业必须引起我们充分的重视。但当前小企业的发展却面临“三多、三少、五难”的困境。如何扶持小企业摆脱困境稳步发展,本文提出了较为现实的对策。
With the deepening of the reform of the economic system of “grasping the big and putting in small”, the number of small industrial enterprises has become the main body of industrial economy in all regions and the three major types of collective economy, private economy, and foreign investment economy. Practice has proved that these small enterprises have the characteristics of quick results, strong vitality, and rapid development, and are basic forces that ensure market prosperity and steady economic growth. Therefore, the development area is a small business must arouse our full attention. However, the current development of small businesses is facing the dilemma of “more than three, three less, and five more.” How to support small businesses to get out of the predicament and develop steadily, this article puts forward more realistic countermeasures.
