为探讨核苷二磷酸激酶／ｎｍ２３（ＮＤＰＫ／ｎｍ２３）在胆囊、胆管癌中的表达及临床意义，用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法对４１例胆囊癌、１２例胆管癌ＮＤＰＫ／ｎｍ２３表达进行了测定。结果发现：ｎｍ２３在恶性肿瘤中的表达率明显高于良性病变（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ＮＤＰＫ／ｎｍ２３表达与胆囊及胆管癌组织的分化、局部浸润及淋巴转移密切相关（Ｐ＜０．０５），提示：ｎｍ２３检测对正确估计肿瘤的侵袭性、淋巴转移潜能及预后有重要价值。
To investigate the expression and clinical significance of nucleoside diphosphate kinase/nm23 (NDPK/nm23) in gallbladder and cholangiocarcinoma, the expression of NDPK/nm23 in 41 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 12 cases of cholangiocarcinoma was determined by immunohistochemical ABC method. The results showed that the expression rate of nm23 in malignant tumors was significantly higher than that in benign lesions (P<0.05). The expression of NDPK/nm23 was closely related to the differentiation, local infiltration and lymphatic metastasis of gallbladder and cholangiocarcinoma tissues (P<0.05). This suggests that nm23 detection is of great value for the correct estimation of tumor invasion, lymphatic metastasis potential and prognosis.
