近年来,关于人文教育的讨论俯拾即是,其研讨之广、考究之细、探索之深,无不令人折服,这确实为改善主流教育的大环境起了举足轻重的作用。但论及中职生人文教育之话题,人们普遍有共鸣的仅是中职生人文素养令人忧思这一现象,至于如何改善这种境况则鲜有透彻全面的探讨。有鉴于此,在职业教育蓬勃发展的新局势下,探求一条适合中职生人文素养发展的道路以突破职教新困境是势在必行的。本文拟从校园生态、课程教学、课外活动、教师素养等四方面分析讨论,以探寻中职人文教育之路。
In recent years, the discussion on humanistic education has taken a giant turn for the brightest. Its wide range of discussions, its meticulous study and deep exploration are all very impressive. This indeed played a decisive role in improving the general education environment. However, when discussing the topic of humanistic education for secondary vocational school students, there is a common resonance among the students that the cultural literacy of secondary vocational school students is a worrying one. There are few thorough and thorough discussions on how to improve this situation. In view of this, under the new situation of vigorous development of vocational education, it is imperative to explore a suitable way for the development of humanistic quality of secondary vocational students to break the new dilemma of vocational education. This article intends to analyze and discuss from four aspects of campus ecology, curriculum teaching, extracurricular activities and teacher’s accomplishments so as to explore the road of humanistic education in secondary vocational education.
