水合法分离天然气中的CO_2是一种新的天然气脱碳方法。以CO_2(33.00%,摩尔分数)/CH_4混合气模拟高含CO_2的天然气,在0.293%四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)水溶液中生成水合物分离其中CO_2,测量水合反应过程温度压力,用气相色谱分析水合反应平衡后气相组成。结果表明,水合物法能够脱除天然气中CO_2,高压低温有利于气体水合反应,CO_2水合脱除比例在60%左右,平衡气相中CO_2浓度最低达到17.05%(摩尔分数),进料压力高和温度高有利于CH_4/CO_2混合气的分离。
Water separation of CO2 in natural gas is a new method of decarbonization of natural gas. The CO_2 (33.00%, mole fraction) / CH_4 mixed gas was used to simulate natural gas with high CO_2, and hydrate was formed in 0.293% aqueous solution of TBAB to separate CO_2. The temperature and pressure of hydration reaction were measured. Chromatographic analysis of hydration equilibrium gas phase composition. The results show that the hydrate method can remove CO 2 in natural gas and the high pressure and low temperature is favorable for the gas hydration reaction. The hydration rate of CO 2 is about 60%, the CO 2 concentration in the equilibrium gas phase is 17.05% (mole fraction) High temperature is conducive to the separation of CH_4 / CO_2 mixture.
