一、概述选建云南内陆甘蔗有性杂交基地的目的,主要是想利用云南丰富的品种与气候资源,开展远缘杂交,从血缘关系上别开生面,为我国甘蔗杂交育种事业提供一定数量和质量的亲本材料,以补充广东海南育种基地某些方面的不足;同时,实现云南省杂交花穗的基本自给。十五年的研究工作大体可分为两个主要阶段。第一阶段:1960～1966年在西双版纳与河口,1971～1972年在普文、曼旦、元江,共九年五个点获得杂交花穗242穗,其中有种子发芽的37穗,发芽率0.1～2％,全部是早花亲本
