新疆矿产资源丰富且品种齐全,随着新疆资源优势转换战略不断推进,对高级采矿人才的需求缺口进一步加大。基于新疆矿产资源禀赋特征和矿山企业“多元化”经营的现状,在分析新疆大学采矿工程专业人才培养方面面临诸多挑战的基础上,提出以“创新人才培养”为目标、“优化课程体系”为基础、“强化实践教学”为途径、“宽采矿专业人才”为特色的课改思路,重点介绍新疆特色人才培养方案构建的基本原则与具体要求,阐述课程体系构成与优化组织和人才培养方案的特色内容。通过探索具有新疆矿业特色的新型人才培养方案,以期对新疆矿业跨越式健康发展提供有力的智力支持。
