目的 :探讨CD/ 5 -FC体系对人乳腺癌的实验治疗作用。方法 :应用MTT法测定人乳腺癌细胞对 5 -FC的敏感性。结果 :实验显示 ,5 -FC对导入CD基因的人乳腺癌细胞有明显的细胞毒作用 ,而对未导入CD基因的人乳腺癌细胞的毒性较低 ,5 -FC对导入和未导入CD基因的人乳腺癌细胞的IC50 分别为 418μg/ml和 12 49μg/ml。结论 :CD/ 5 -FC体系对体外转基因的人乳腺癌细胞有一定的抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To investigate the experimental treatment effect of CD / 5-FC system on human breast cancer. Methods: The sensitivity of 5-FC to human breast cancer cells was determined by MTT assay. Results: The results showed that 5-FC had obvious cytotoxic effect on human breast cancer cells transfected with CD gene and low toxicity on human breast cancer cells without CD gene. The effect of 5-FC on the expression of CD gene Of human breast cancer cells have IC50 of 418 [mu] g / ml and 1249 [mu] g / ml, respectively. Conclusion: The CD / 5-FC system has certain anti-tumor effects on transgenic human breast cancer cells in vitro.
