目的:研究铝胁迫对桔梗种子萌发和幼苗生理指标的影响。方法:用不同浓度铝溶液浸种处理白花桔梗和紫花桔梗种子24 h后,于光照培养箱内培养。结果:考察发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数等指标,总趋势是铝毒害性与其浓度成正比,紫花桔梗种子对铝毒的耐受性比白花桔梗种子稍强;检测桔梗幼苗细胞的电解质渗透率、丙二醛含量、POD活性、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量,与处理浓度高低有相关性。结论:白花桔梗和紫花桔梗对铝毒的耐受性存在一定差异,以紫花桔梗耐铝性高于白花桔梗。
Objective: To study the effect of aluminum stress on seed germination and seedling physiological index of Campanulaceae. Methods: Seeds of Brassica alba and Pulsatilla treated with different concentrations of aluminum solution were soaked for 24 h and then cultured in light incubator. Results: The indexes of germination rate, germination index and vigor index were investigated. The general trend was that the toxicity of aluminum was proportional to its concentration, and the tolerance to Al toxicity was slightly stronger than that of P. tricuspidata. The electrolyte permeability , Malondialdehyde (MDA) content, POD activity, proline and soluble sugar contents were correlated with the treatment concentration. Conclusion: There is a certain difference in the tolerance of Allergy to Pulsatilla platyphylla and Pulsatilla platyphylla.
