本文采用实验室摸拟方法研究常量营养要素磷的不同存在形态、含量水平及其形态转化速率对三种藻类(海洋原甲藻、聚生角利藻、牟氏角毛藻)混合培养所引起的增殖竞争效应。结果表明,当活性磷能满足最大生长条件时,其相对生长量(N_i/N_)为聚生藻>牟氏藻>原甲藻(与μ_(max)值聚生藻为最大相一致);当活性磷降低到环境浮游植物生长限制水平时,相对生长为原甲藻>牟氏藻>聚生藻(与k_s值原甲藻为最小相一致)。这与某些海区所出现的硅藻大量繁殖过后产生鞭毛藻赤潮的现象相吻合。
In this paper, the laboratory simulation method was used to study the different existing forms, contents and transformation rates of phosphorus, which are caused by the mixed culture of three kinds of algae (Prorocentrum salicornis, Prorocentrum jasminoides and Chaetoceros albus) Proliferative competition effect.
