目的在四川汉族青少年人群中,应用法医放射学方法,建立通过测量胫腓骨长度推算身高的回归方程。方法本研究按纳入标准对412名健康成人(男性201例、女性211例)进行腓骨全长及胫骨4 个不同标志点间长度的数字X线测量,所有数据均作理论放大值的校正,并对实际站姿身高进行测量。通过对实验样本(40名成人)进行回归方程检验,来评估其可靠性。结果胫骨4个测量指标(与实际身高)的相关系数在未知性别组为0.880~0.895,男性组为0.869~0.893,女性组为0.845~0.855,胫、腓骨5个测量指标(与实际身高)的相关系数在男性组大于女性组。结论数字X线测量胫腓骨推算身高可以为法医学个人识别提供帮助。本研究建立的回归方程可用于进行当代中国汉族青少年的身高推算。
Objective To establish a regression equation for height measurement by measuring the length of tibia and fibula using the forensic radiology method in Sichuan Han adolescents. Methods According to the inclusion criteria, 412 healthy adults (201 males and 211 females) were taken digital X-ray measurements of the total length of the fibula and the length of the tibial four different signs. All the data were corrected for the theoretical amplification value. The height of the actual position to be measured. The reliability of the study was evaluated by regression analysis of experimental samples (40 adults). Results The correlation coefficients of the 4 measurements (actual height) of the tibia were 0.880-0.895 in the unknown group, 0.869-0.893 in the male group, 0.845-0.855 in the female group, and 5 in the tibia and fibula The correlation coefficient is greater in the male group than in the female group. Conclusion Digital X-ray measurement of tibiofibular height can help forensic personal identification. The regression equation established in this study can be used to calculate the height of contemporary Han Chinese adolescents.
