目的了解郧县乡镇卫生院公共卫生服务人力资源现况,为制定公共卫生策略提供依据。方法以2012年郧县辖区各乡镇卫生院从事公共卫生服务工作人员为基准进行人力资源调查和统计分析。结果全县乡镇公共卫生工作人员为126人,;医疗卫生专业人员占87.3%,非卫生专业人员占12.7%。结论郧县乡镇公共卫生服务人员有些不足,与当前繁重的公共卫生任务不相适应,人员素质有待进一步提高。
Objective To understand the status quo of public health service human resources in township hospitals in Yun County and provide the basis for formulating public health strategies. Methods Based on the staff engaged in public health services in township hospitals in Yunxian district in 2012, the survey and statistical analysis of human resources were conducted. Results The township public health workers in the county was 126, accounting for 87.3% of health professionals and 12.7% of non-health professionals. Conclusion Yunxian township public health service personnel are somewhat inadequate, incompatible with the current heavy public health tasks, and the quality of personnel needs to be further improved.
