一、道德建设目标在于民族精神的解放和个人的全面发展以什么样的价值观念为尺度来衡量社会的道德现象,也就是道德进步的标准是什么,这是要首先明确的问题。道德作为一种社会现象,不论进步与落后都是随着社会历史的发展而产生,又都是作用于社会的。探索道德进步问题,不能离开社会及其条件作任意的解释。正因如此,所以,道德进步与否的衡量尺度就只能落在是否有利于社会的发展这个标准上。凡是有利于社会发展和历史进步的,这种道德就是进步的道德;凡是阻碍社会发展和历史进步
First, the goal of moral construction lies in the emancipation of the national spirit and the all-round development of the individual. What kind of values should be used as a yardstick to measure social morality, that is, what is the standard of moral progress? This is the first clear question. As a social phenomenon, morality, both progress and backwardness, are produced along with the development of social history and both act on the society. To explore the issue of moral progress can not be arbitrarily explained without leaving society and its conditions. For this reason, the measure of moral progress can only fall on the criterion of whether it is conducive to the development of society. All those conducive to social development and historical progress, this kind of morality is the moral of progress; those who obstruct social development and historical progress
