丽政发[2012]20号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位:市三届人大一次会议选举产生了新一届市人民政府领导班子。经2012年4月21日市政府第1次常务会议研究确定,现将市长、副市长工作分工通知如下:根据宪法和地方组织法的规定,市人民政府依法实行市长负责制。市长领导市人民政府的工作,副市长协助市长工作。王永康领导市政府全面工作。负责编制、人事、财政、审计、监察工作。分管:市编委办、市监察局、市财政局、市人力社保局、市审计局。
