母亲音乐教育即对母亲群体进行的音乐教育及母亲对子女的音乐教育,通过音乐传递爱,促进下一代完美人格的构建。文章从三线城市的视角出发,通过问卷和访谈的方式,对洛阳市母亲音乐教育现状进行调查,所涉问题包括母亲基本情况和音乐素质、母亲音乐教育的肯定度和参与度、母亲音乐教育的认知与期待度三大方面。调查结果显示,以洛阳市为代表,三线城市地区的社会母亲对母亲音乐教育的理念响应度很高,而教育“硬件”和“软件”相对匮乏是阻碍母亲音乐教育的主要瓶颈。因此,应开展系列推广和培训工作,开发“政产学研”为一体的教育模式,提升此类城市的母亲音乐教育水平。
Music education for mothers, that is, music education for mother groups and music education for mothers and children, promotes love through music and promotes the construction of the perfect personality of the next generation. From the perspective of the third-tier cities, this paper investigates the status quo of mother’s music education in Luoyang by means of questionnaires and interviews. The issues involved include the basic conditions and musical quality of the mother, the affirmation and participation of the mother’s music education, Cognitive and expectations of the three major aspects. The survey results show that the social mothers in the third-tier cities have a high responsiveness to the concept of mother music education, while the lack of education, “hardware” and “software” is the main bottleneck that hinder mother’s music education . Therefore, a series of promotion and training should be carried out to develop an education model that integrates research with government, industry and research, and raise the level of music education for mothers in such cities.
