从健康辣椒植株的根际土壤中分离筛选对辣椒疫病有较强抑制作用的拮抗菌,为其生防利用奠定基础。采用稀释平板涂布法和对峙培养法进行拮抗菌的分离筛选,根据菌株形态学特征、生理生化特性以及16S rDNA序列分析对其进行鉴定,通过盆栽试验检测其生防效果。结果表明:从土样中分离筛选到一株对辣椒疫病具有显著拮抗作用的细菌IBFCBF-4,IBFCBF-4对另外8种植物病原菌也有显著抑制作用;综合其形态学特征、生理生化特性以及16S rDNA序列信息,确定其为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis);盆栽试验表明,IBFCBF-4对辣椒疫病防治效果为64.28%,相对于对照组,地上部分鲜重增加45.2%,根鲜重增加34.3%;IBFCBF-4对辣椒疫病防治及促生效果显著,具有良好地开发和利用价值。
Isolation and screening of antagonistic bacteria with strong inhibitory effect on pepper blight from the rhizosphere soil of healthy pepper plants lay the foundation for its bio-control. The antagonistic bacteria were isolated and screened by dilution plate coating method and confrontation culture method. According to the morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, the biocontrol effect was tested by pot experiment. The results showed that IBFCBF-4 was isolated and screened from soil samples, and IBFCBF-4 had significant inhibitory effect on eight other plant pathogenic bacteria. The morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S The result of pot experiment showed that the control effect of IBFCBF-4 on pepper blight was 64.28%, compared with the control group, the fresh weight of aboveground part increased 45.2% and the fresh weight of root increased 34.3% IBFCBF-4 has significant effects on prevention and treatment of pepper blight and has good development and utilization value.
