农业是新疆的支柱产业,而作为市场经济条件下现代企业运营发展中至关重要的一个环节,农业企业的人力资源管理对于新疆的农业经济发展、农业生产力提高以及农业现代化进程无疑会产生重要的影响。与二、三产业的人力资源管理相比,农业企业有其相对特殊的困境亟需解决。据此,在对新疆地区农业企业人力资源管理现状及困境进行分析的基础上,结合地区实际,提出了切实可行的对策建议。
Agriculture is a pillar industry in Xinjiang. As a crucial link in the development and operation of modern enterprises in a market economy, human resources management of agricultural enterprises will undoubtedly have important consequences for the development of Xinjiang’s agricultural economy, the improvement of agricultural productivity and the process of agricultural modernization influences. Compared with the human resource management of the secondary and tertiary industries, the agricultural enterprises have their special difficulties and need to be solved urgently. Accordingly, based on the analysis of the current situation and the predicament of human resource management in agricultural enterprises in Xinjiang, the author puts forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures based on the actual situation in the region.
