日本大学图书馆从第二次世界大战结束发展到今天,已经走过了五十余年的历史道路。这期间,它们经历了哪些变化,有哪些经验教训,是值得我们认真研究的。本文试对这一问题稍加归纳整理,略作一点粗浅的分析。一、战后恢复时期发展缓慢及其原因战后恢复时期从四十年代中期开始持续到六十年代中期。这一时期的特点是,在美国的帮助和影响下,日本国、公、私立大学三个系统各自为政,分别活动、竞相效仿,接连制定本系统的改革措施。此外,还有个别大学图书馆又单独制订改革措施。这些活动和措施,虽然反映了各系统和个别馆的改革要求和改革热情.但是整个看来,收效不高,进展不大。这
Japan University Library has gone through more than 50 years of history from the end of World War II to today. During this period, what changes have they experienced, what lessons are worth our careful study. This article tries to summarize this issue a little, a bit superficial analysis. First, the slow recovery during the post-war recovery period and the reasons for the post-war recovery period began in the mid-1940s to the mid-1960s. The special feature of this period was that with the help and influence of the United States, the three systems of Japan’s university, public university and private university ran independently and separately, following the example of the system reform. In addition, there are individual university libraries and separate reform measures. Although these activities and measures reflect the reform requirements and enthusiasm for reform in various systems and individual museums, the overall effect is not high and there is not much progress.
