Through the one-month multi-instructional internship, we think that we should deal with the following two issues in a good way: (1) Prepare for the lesson carefully. Preparation not only to prepare teaching materials, but also to prepare students. This is because if teachers are only familiar with teaching materials, but do not understand the level of knowledge of students, analytical ability to understand, the class will inevitably fall blind. Once, we took classes in the second and fourth graders and taught the fourth grader the “snakes and crops.” During the lesson preparation, we study the key points and difficulties of the teaching materials in depth, design the lesson plans carefully and choose the teaching method. However, we estimate the students' knowledge level by subjective imagination.
