目的:分析川芎嗪注射液治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:选取我院 2011 年 1 月-2016 年 11 月收治的 80 例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿,随机分为治疗组(40 例)和对照组(40 例),对照组患儿采用常规治疗,治疗组患儿在常规治疗的基础上加用川芎嗪注射液,比较两组患儿治疗后血浆神经元特异性烯醇化酶、脑型肌酸激酶、红细胞总钙量的变化情况。结果:治疗组患儿治疗后血浆神经元特异性烯醇化酶、脑型肌酸激酶、红细胞总钙量明显降低,与对照组患儿比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪对新生儿脑组织有保护作用,其治疗机制可能与抑制钙超载和清除自由基有关,疗效满意,值得在临床推广。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect and mechanism of ligustrazine injection on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods: A total of 80 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted from January 2011 to November 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), control group The patients in the treatment group were treated with ligustrazine injection on the basis of routine treatment. The changes of plasma neuron-specific enolase, brain-type creatine kinase and total erythrocyte calcium after treatment were compared between the two groups . Results: After treatment, the levels of plasma neuron specific enolase, cerebral creatine kinase and erythrocyte total calcium in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ligustrazine has a protective effect on neonatal brain tissue. Its therapeutic mechanism may be related to the inhibition of calcium overload and free radical scavenging, with satisfactory curative effect and worthy of clinical promotion.
