土壤中速效钾的测定是土壤常规分析项目之一,是合理施用钾肥的依据之一。目前测定土壤中的速效钾主要是用火焰光度计法定量土壤浸出液中的钾。而用x—荧光光谱法,尚未见过报道。x—荧光光谱分析是被测元素受x射线激发,发射出它的特征x射线,根据特征x射线的强度来确定该元素的含量。点滴滤纸法的特点是基体效应可以忽略,它测出的分析谱线强度与元素含量的线性关系好,检测限低,试样用量少,手续简便,是目前分析液体样品,普遍使用的方法。
The determination of available potassium in soil is one of the common soil analysis projects and is one of the bases for the rational application of potassium fertilizer. At present, the determination of available potassium in soil mainly uses flame photometry to quantify potassium in soil leachate. However, x-fluorescence spectrometry has not been reported yet. x-fluorescence spectroscopy is the element under test is excited by x-rays and emits its characteristic x-rays, which are determined by the intensity of the characteristic x-rays. The characteristic of drip filter paper is that matrix effect can be neglected. It has good linear relationship between analytical line intensity and element content, low detection limit, less sample amount and simple procedure. It is the commonly used method for analyzing liquid samples .
