目的建立九香止泻片中总鞣质的定量测定方法。方法用干酪素法测定九香止泻片中总鞣质。测定条件为:以水超声提取30min,干酪素用量800mg,29%碳酸钠溶液显色30min后测定。结果线性回归方程为A=102.65C+0.0263,r=0.9995,鞣酸在1.0～10.0μg/mL线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.58%,RSD值为0.615%(n=6)。结论该分析方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于测定九香止泻片中总鞣质。
Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of total tannin in Jiuxiang Zhixie Tablet. Methods The total tannin in Jiuxiang Zhixie Tablet was determined by the method of casein. The determination conditions were: ultrasonic extraction with water for 30min, the amount of casein dosage 800mg, 29% sodium carbonate solution color after 30min determination. Results The linear regression equation was A = 102.65C + 0.0263, r = 0.9995. The linearity of tannic acid was 1.0 ~ 10.0μg / mL with the average recovery of 96.58% and RSD value of 0.615% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used to determine total tannin in Jiuxiang Zhixie Tablet.
