目的探讨麻杏石甘汤对支气管哮喘患儿治疗前、后血清ECP和PCT水平的影响。方法观察实验组45例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者采用麻杏石甘汤治疗前、后血清ECP和PCT的动态变化,并与38例健康对照组进行比较。结果哮喘发作期患者血清ECP和PCT含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);麻杏石甘汤治疗哮喘症状明显缓解后14d患者ECP和PCT含量较哮喘发作期明显下降(P<0.01),但仍较对照组高(P<0.05);PCT与ECP含量呈正相关(r=0.589,P<0.01)。结论麻杏石甘汤是通过降低PCT与ECP的水平达到治疗支气管哮喘,临床应予以推广。
Objective To investigate the influence of Maxing Shigan Decoction on serum ECP and PCT in children with bronchial asthma before and after treatment. Methods 45 cases of experimental group of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma patients with Maxing Shigan Tang before and after treatment of serum ECP and PCT dynamic changes and 38 healthy controls were compared. Results Serum levels of ECP and PCT in patients with asthma attack were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). ECP and PCT levels of Maxing Shigan Decoction significantly decreased 14 days after asthma exacerbation (P <0.01) , But still higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between PCT and ECP (r = 0.589, P <0.01). Conclusion Maxing Shigan Decoction can reduce the level of PCT and ECP to treat bronchial asthma, which should be promoted clinically.
