目的探讨番石榴叶提取物对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖的影响。方法采用四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病小鼠模型,随机分为4组:糖尿病对照组、低剂量组(予0.3 g.kg-1番石榴叶提取物灌胃)、中剂量组(0.6 g.kg-1番石榴叶提取物灌胃)和高剂量组(1.8 g.kg-1番石榴叶提取物灌胃)。另设立正常小鼠番石榴叶提取物干预组(1.8 g.kg-1番石榴叶提取物灌胃,经口连续给予番石榴叶提取物30 d)和正常对照组,测定其血糖值。结果 1.8 g.kg-1剂量组糖尿病模型小鼠空腹血糖、2 h血糖及血糖曲线下面积较模型溶剂对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);番石榴叶提取物对正常小鼠空腹血糖无明显影响。结论番石榴叶提取物对糖尿病小鼠血糖具有降低作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of guava leaf extract on blood glucose in diabetic mice. Methods Alloxan-induced diabetic mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: diabetic control group, low dose group (0.3g.kg-1 Guava leaf extract gavage), middle dose group (0.6g.kg- 1 guava leaf extract gavage) and high-dose group (1.8 g.kg-1 guava leaf extract gavage). Another set of normal mouse guava leaf extract intervention group (1.8 g.kg-1 guava leaf extract by gavage, continuous oral administration of guava leaf extract 30 d) and the normal control group, the determination of blood glucose levels. Results The fasting blood glucose, 2-h blood glucose and the area under the curve of blood glucose in diabetic mice of 1.8 g.kg-1 dose group were significantly lower than those of the model solvent control group (P <0.05), while those of guava leaf extract No significant effect of fasting blood glucose in mice. Conclusions Guava leaf extract can reduce blood glucose in diabetic mice.
