针对公路施工中沥青砼的离析现象、施工作业方式对施工质量的影响进行了分析,介绍了应用沥青砼转运车新的路面施工工艺。在摊铺之前对沥青砼进行重新混合,消除离析现象,并可实现稳定恒速摊铺作业,可显著改变路面摊铺质量,得到平整度高、密实度均匀、寿命长的路面。介绍、比较了部分国内外转运车产品的主要性能特点。其中,天津鼎盛公司的LZ1000型转运车最大输送能力为1200t/h,结构先进可靠,控制自动化水平高,使用效果良好,满足了公路施工的要求。
Aiming at the segregation of asphalt concrete in highway construction, the influence of construction operation on construction quality is analyzed, and the new pavement construction technology using asphalt concrete transfer truck is introduced.
