一、图书馆与社会发展与社会发展同步是图书馆发展的大趋势,现代图书馆要增强与社会之间的关联度,参与社会发展的过程,并从中实现自身的价值。2013年8月国际图联发表《图书馆与社会发展宣言》,旗帜鲜明地向社会表明图书馆的社会功能和职业价值。2015年9月联合国发展峰会上通过的“变革我们的世界——2030年可持续发展议程”也反映出了来自图书馆界的“获取信息、提升素养、保护文化遗产”等意见。同时,国际图联更是抓住各种机会参与国际层面的各个活动,并把宣传推广作为一项重要战略。
