我国大中小型石棉选厂,选矿工艺多用矿石经干燥冷却之后,混合破碎筛吸的选别工艺(图1)。这种工艺,已经沿用近20年,对此种工艺技术的特点,一般均有足够的了解,对其粗精矿的进一步加工,直至获得有预定要求的产品,积累了大量的成功经验。不论采用由大到小或由小到大的分级方式在选矿设计中,根据具体情况,两种方式都采用过,在生产现实意义上,它确实是可行的。但是,在提高石棉产品质量方面,我们对上述工艺进行了分析研究;仅就五级石棉试验
