社会经济的飞速发展,我国从原来的计划经济逐渐衍生成市场化经济,我国企业不再局限于国有企业,各个大中小型企业都如雨后春笋一样日益涌出。当然,无论大型或者是中小型的企业都会随着市场化经济的激烈竞争而面临巨大困难,或者是前所未有的挑战。因此各个类型的企业的经营模式也面临着更新换代,尤其企业内部的各个组成部分中业务的是否增长,各方的工作职责是否落到实处。这都需要企业高层认真研讨的重点要素。
With the rapid social and economic development, our country gradually derives from a planned economy into a market-oriented economy. Our enterprises are no longer confined to state-owned enterprises. All small and medium-sized enterprises are mushroomed. Of course, both large and small-sized enterprises will face enormous difficulties or unprecedented challenges as the fierce market-oriented economy competes. Therefore, various types of enterprises are also faced with the business model of upgrading, in particular, the various components within the enterprise business is growing, the parties’ responsibilities are fulfilled. This requires key elements of serious business executives to discuss.
