编辑同志:每当收到《中国农垦》杂志,我总要先读一读关于“富场裕民”的讨论文章。因为每提起国营农场职工富裕的问题,有的同志总会忧心忡忡地说:“刀没两面利,提倡职工致富,势必会影响生产。”本人不同意这种说法,所以总想看看《中国农垦》是怎样讨论这个问题的。读了贵刊今年第4期肖建浓同志的《一年的变化》之后,很有同感,使我不禁想起广东省劳动模范江贻茂同志
