汽车发动机油耗量是反映其经济性的重要指标。由于发动机台架试验时各种复杂因素的影响，油耗量的重复测试精度较难得到保证，一直是发动机性能测试难点之一。本文提出了发动机油耗测试新方法，在发动机电控台架上经两年的实际使用证明，重复测试精度在5‰～10‰之间，效果较好。
Automobile engine fuel consumption is an important indicator of its economy. Due to the influence of various complicated factors during engine bench test, the repeated test accuracy of fuel consumption is hard to be guaranteed, which has been one of the difficulties in engine performance testing. This paper presents a new method of engine fuel consumption test. It is proved that the accuracy of repetitive test is between 5 ‰ and 10 ‰ on the engine electronic control bench after two years of actual use, and the result is better.
