不少人对碳氧血红蛋白(COHb)在循环血液中的解离速度感兴趣。关于吸氧条件下的COHb半解离期,已有不少资料,但报告的数值,从30到80分钟不等。我们在研究一氧化碳(CO)中毒的急救措施时于1982年做了一次调查,现摘要报告于下。一、对象天津医学院附属医院就诊CO中毒患者,估计其COHb浓度较高且有可能在抢救中采取血样的,选为测试对象,共得26人。二、方法 1、给患者采血后立即给纯氧,吸氧中再采血1—2次。测其COHb浓度(%)。采血间隔长短不一,视抢救情况而定。由浓度的改变和间隔时间按半衰期公式计算半解离时间(half
