消烟除尘,节约煤炭,是一项具有重要意义的工作。近几年全国各条战线积极开展改装锅炉工作,取得了消烟除尘,节约煤炭的效果。我们建筑业常用的立式锅炉,由于它结构简单,容易制做,安装、运输方便,维修、操作省事,所以使用范围很广,特别是用于冬季施工的数量较大。但是这种没有经过改装的锅炉,效率低,耗煤量大,被称为“煤老虎”,一点火就黑烟滚滚,大量的热能从烟囱中跑掉,不但污染空气,危害人民健康,而且浪费大量的煤炭。在公司党委领导下,几年来我们一直为消烟除尘、节约煤
Smoke and dust removal, saving coal, is an important work. The vertical boiler commonly used in our construction industry has a wide range of applications due to its simple structure, easy manufacture, convenient installation and transportation, and easy maintenance and operation, especially for large numbers of construction work in winter. However, this unreconstructed boiler has low efficiency and large coal consumption. It is called “coal tiger” and it smokes on ignition. A large amount of heat escapes from the chimney, polluting the air and endangering people’s health. Waste a lot of coal.
